8-Bit tryout 2 I LIKE it!
It sounds pretty good, but I think it needs to lead into something a bit more OOMF-ey. Check out songs by Hige Driver on youtube or something (I suggest Samurai Beats or Ukigumo). I like the baseline, its kinda catchy and funkeeehhhh, and it melds well with the melody. Try working with the EQs a bit though, the higher notes sound a little harsh.
It sounds like you've made a potentially good intro of a song, would be nice if you made it longer and gave it a really catchy and powerful middle bit :) I don't think it works very well as a loop though, since it just builds up up until the end.
Good wok anyway, I'm trying to work on 8-bity stuff too :D
